Delta Air Lines, the official airline for the conference, is offering special discounts which include 5% and 10% off published fares and an additional 5% for booking 60 days in advance. Special flat rate fares are also available. The Orlando International Airport serves Orlando, Florida.

Mears Motor Shuttle operates shared ride van shuttle service from the Orlando International Airport to area hotels. Click here for discount coupon... Simply redeem the coupon at a Mears Motor Shuttle booth for a full fare one-way or discounted round-trip voucher from the airport to the Rosen Centre Hotel. The locations of each booth are specified on the coupon. Mears Motor Shuttles depart approximately every 20-30 minutes from Level One to Orlando-area hotels.
For return transfers, call Mears at least 24 hours in advance to make a return reservation. Transfers are available 24 hours a day, with departure from the hotel scheduled by reservation.
