The Gaylord Opryland Resort is holding a block of rooms at special rates of $140 (single), $155 (double), $175 (triple), and $195 (quad) plus tax, and your transportation to and from the Nashville Airport is being provided complimentary. Complimentary Airport Shuttle

For your convenience, we are offering an air-conditioned luxury motor coach to take you to and from Nashville International Airport. This will be provided complimentary to all attendees staying at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and runs on the half-hour and hour. From the airport, the shuttle runs continuously from 5:00 am with the last shuttle leaving at 10:30 pm each evening. From the Gaylord Opryland Resort to the airport you can board the shuttle outside the Cascades or Magnolia lobbies’ front doors daily from 5:00 am with the last shuttle leaving the hotel at 10:30 pm. For domestic flights, please wait for the shuttle at least two hours before your flight, and at least three hours prior to international flights.
