Enhance the value of your conference experience with an optional PTC Precision Learning course!
These instructor-led training classes will feature all aspects of the Precision Learning methodology. Classes will consist of lecture, demonstration and hands-on exercises. In addition, you will get access to a Pro/FICIENCY assessment to help determine areas of improvement and receive access to an on-line Web-based Training (WBT) version of the class for use after the session. Our small class size and a 1:1 student to workstation ratio allow you to make the most of your training investment.

MCAD
Top Down Design with Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 3.0
In this one day course, you will learn to create and use Component Interfaces for a more efficient assembly process. Adding component Interfaces to an organizations standard components will increase assembly productivity. You will also learn to use various Component Replace and Interchange Assembly capabilities to efficiently swap components in and out of assemblies.
Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0 Update from Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 3.0
In this one day course, you will learn how to utilize many of the enhancements to core functionality in Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0. You will become familiar with enhancements to Part mode, including Draft, Swept Blends, UDFs and general interface enhancements. You will become familiar with the enhancements to Sketcher, such as referencing intent objects and replacing sketcher references. You will learn about new and enhanced Assembly capabilities such as the Global Reference Manager. You will review Drawing and Sheetmetal enhancements as well.

In this one day course you will be introduced to the basics of creating a Mathcad worksheet. You learn how to Open and Save Mathcad files , navigate the Mathcad workspace , identify and format math and text regions , develop and edit math expressions , define and evaluate variables , assign an expression retroactively , define and evaluate user-defined and built-in functions , define, evaluate, and use range variables , use units in calculations , solve for the roots of a function with a single independent variable , numerically solve a system of linear equations , and plot a 2-D plot.
Windchill
Pro/ENGINEER Data Management using Windchill PDMLink 9.1
In this one day course, you will learn key capabilities and features of PDMLink CAD Data Management and how to use PDMLink to manage Pro/ENGINEER design information. Specifically, you will focus on the day-to-day data management tasks required by the Pro/ENGINEER user community, including how to associate the Pro/ENGINEER CAD data structure to the eBOM. You will also learn how to use PDMLink to perform basic PDM functions on Pro/ENGINEER CAD Documents and their associated eBOM objects.
Windchill 9.0/9.1 System Administration Fundamentals
In this one day course, you will learn how to perform routine Windchill system administration tasks including how to shut down and start Windchill services, conduct performance testing, and tune up Windchill components for performance. You will also learn how to manage system performance with Oracle 10g, manage memory and CPU allocation, and troubleshoot background queues. Other topics include managing a distributed system environment and planning and running basic backup and recovery procedures.

In this one day course, you will learn the skills required to explore and understand the key features and capabilities of Windchill ProductPoint. You will learn how to locate and view product information; how to share and modify Pro/ENGINEER data, how to store and manage standard documents, and how to create reports. You will also learn how to perform Windchill ProductPoint business administration, including how to manage Principals and Sites.

Introduction to ProductView MCAD Professional 9.1
In this one day course, you will learn about ProductView and its role as a visualization solution for Product Data Management systems. You will learn how to visualize products and navigate through or query 3-D models. You will also learn how to deconstruct models to view how components fit together. Finally, you will learn how to create annotations to communicate design ideas and problems.
Arbortext
Arbortext Editor and Styler Advanced Techniques
In this one day course you will provide, best practices, tips, and lessons learned for Arbortext Editor and Styler. Editor topics include: deployment overview and options, configuration techniques, advanced functions and new features in the 5.4 release. Styler topics include: using XPath expressions, modular style sheets, property sets, nested if/else conditions, and localization techniques.
