2009 Call for Papers
Get FREE admission to the World Event!
Have you developed a unique process or time-saving technique that might help fellow software users become more efficient and productive? Why not turn your knowledge into an expert presentation for the World Event? For your efforts, you'll receive free admission to the conference (an $995 value) and gain access to a wealth of education and training opportunities.
Tracks for each product area will run concurrently throughout the World Event.
There will be a forty-five minute slot for each presentation selected. Presenters should be prepared to consume the entire time slot (no short presentations are permitted).
Each presenter may include time for questions and answers at their option, although we generally encourage all presenters to do so.
Each presenter is expected to provide their own software and hardware for their live demonstrations. We no longer provide workstations as in the past.
To submit an abstract, please go to the abstract submission form on the PTC/USER member portal (login required).
Final deadline for submitting abstracts is January 6, 2009.
You'll be notified by early February 2009 whether or not your paper has been accepted by the review committee.
Expert Presentations vs. Partner Presentations
If you're submitting a partner presentation, please be sure to check the appropriate box on the abstract submission form.
Agenda and Suggested Topics
The agenda will reflect the major PTC product areas: Pro/ENGINEER®, Windchill® and Arbortext®, Mathcad, CoCreate and ProductView™. We will also have an additional track focusing on Product Development and Process Improvements, and will cover topics that cross over product family boundaries.
These topics are only suggestions; we welcome your ideas for other topics not listed here.
