Registration

How to Register

You must be a member of PTC/USER to register for the World Event.

Membership is FREE and is open to anyone who owns, or works for an entity that owns, at least one license of a PTC product. To join PTC/USER, please visit our member web site at portal.ptcuser.org and click on the "Request Login" button to begin your application. Once you are approved, you will receive access to the online registration system.

Register Online

You can register online if you are paying by check or credit card. Registration will begin in early 2009.

Register by Mail or Fax

If you wish to mail in or fax your registration, print and complete the registration form and mail with your payment to: PTC/USER, 51 Harborview Road, Hull, MA 02045. Our fax number is +1 (781) 925-2474. Registration forms will be available when online registration begins.

On-Site Registration

The conference registration desk will be located in the hotel's convention center. Registration hours are:

Sunday, June 7: 2 to 9 pm
Monday, June 8: 7:30 am to 6 pm
Tuesday, June 9: 7:30 am to 6 pm
Wednesday, June 10: 7:30 am to 4 pm

Badges must be worn at all times.

PTC University Precision Learning

Extend the value of your visit to Orlando with an optional PTC University Precision Learning class. All courses will be held after the conference on Thursday, June 11 from 8 am to 5 pm. Course tuition of $299 is in addition to your conference fee. Visit our Training page for details.

Reception Tickets

The World Event conference is a business-oriented activity and as such, we do not permit unregistered attendees into our training and education sessions. However, registered attendees may bring a spouse or guest into our evening receptions with the purchase of a reception ticket. Each ticket is good for one reception and costs $40 USD.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A 100% refund will be given if notice of cancellation is received in writing by the close of business on May 8, 2009. Send notice to: PTC/USER Conference Office, 51 Harborview Road, Hull, MA 02045. An employee of the same company may be substituted by notifying the PTC/USER Conference Office via Fax #: 781-925-2474 prior to May 8, 2009.

After May 8, 2009 our normal policy will apply (100% cancellation penalty) and no refund will be given.
